ECOCERT는 1991년 프랑스에 설립되었으며, 지속가능한 개발을 위한 친환경, 유기농 제품 및 브랜드를 심사 및 인증하는 기관. 각 국의 농수산부 및 경제성으로부터 인가를 받은 기구로 농산물 및 그 가공품이 관련 법규에 따라 유기농제품 여부를 검사, 인증해주는 독립기관.
ECOCERT was established in France in 1991 and is an organization that reviews and certifies eco-friendly, organic products and brands for sustainable development. An independent agency that inspects and certifies whether agricultural products and their processed products are organic products in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
